What it is

S&C at Reboot is structured, progressive training designed to make you genuinely stronger. We run programmed cycles around the big movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry) so every session compounds.

Sessions happen in Beacon Park and at our outdoor training base in Lichfield. You'll learn proper technique under a coach's eye, not from a YouTube video, and progress is tracked so you can see the numbers move.

It pairs perfectly with bootcamp: bootcamp builds your engine, S&C builds the chassis.

A typical session

Warm-up

Movement prep specific to the day's lifts. Mobility where you need it, not generic stretching.

Main lift

20-25 minutes on the day's primary movement: squat, deadlift, press or pull. Coach-cued sets.

Conditioning finisher

A short, structured conditioning block with kettlebells or bodyweight to round out the session.

Do I need lifting experience to join S&C in Lichfield?

No, we teach the lifts from scratch. Beginners often progress fastest because there are no bad habits to undo.

How is this different from bootcamp?

Definitely, roughly half our S&C members are women. Strength training is one of the best things you can do for long-term health and body composition.
